Marco Costanzi is an Italian architect, graduated from the University of Florence with a specialization in Japanese garden architecture. In 2005, he founded Marco Costanzi Architects, an internationally renowned studio known for its design excellence in luxury retail, residential, hospitality, and yacht design. His approach emphasizes context-driven design, craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail. The studio collaborates with prestigious brands such as Dior, Fendi , Givenchy, Valextra, and Rimowa, and with top department stores like Rinascente, Kadewe, Globus, and Galeries Lafayette. Notable projects include Dior’s international headquarters in Paris and Fendi ’s headquarters at the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in Rome. Currently, the firm is designing luxury residential developments for Fendi Casa in Miami Beach, Scottsdale, Punta del Este, and Crans-Montana.
