PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE FORM
During the events organized by Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A. (Fendi Casa) in the context of the Milan Design Week 2025 (7-11 April 2025) in its showroom at Piazza della Scala, Milan or other places (the “Events”), certain photo and video may be taken by a team appointed by Fendi Casa, which may include also your image (the “Contents”).
The Contents will be used by Fendi Casa solely for internal purposes related to its organization (e.g., archiving) and for the preparation of internal documentation and promotional materials (e.g., internal company newsletter, presentations, company reports, etc.). The Contents will not be published on websites, social media channels or any other public platforms of Fendi Casa, nor for any purposes other than the ones mentioned above.
The Contents will be treated as personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) and the Fendi Casa privacy policy available here. The data (images) will be retained for a limited period and processed in a manner consistent with the specified purpose, ensuring the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
For any clarification on the collection and use of the Contents, and for any information regarding the processing of your personal data and exercise of your rights, do not hesitate to contact Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A., at the e-mail address privacy@fendicasa.com as stated in the Privacy Policy.

In light of the above, the undersigned, having read and understood the content of this release form by either registering to the Events and/or accessing to them
AUTHORIZES
Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A., without any due compensation and/or indemnity, and without any time limitation:
(i) to collect my image in the context of the Event through photos and/or videos; and
(ii) to use the Contents collected in the context of the Events for internal purposes related to Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A.’s organization (e.g., archiving) and for the preparation of internal documentation and promotional materials (e.g., internal company newsletter, presentations, company reports, etc.).
The undersigned also recognize that Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A. maintains the exclusive right to exploit my image in connection with the Contents collected during the Events, and to have been informed and to have knowledge that I will have nothing to claim against Fashion Furniture Design S.p.A. in relation to the rights granted to the latter, as referred to in this release form, for the use of my image as obtained in the context of the Events, with the modalities and purposes set out above.
